THE RIVERHOUSE

Hello,

Our names are Roger and Kathy.  We are full time residents of the northwoods.  We are both in our 50's and retired.  All our children are grown and off on their own now so our family consists of the two of us and our 3 dogs, Sammy, Bear and Lola.  Our mission is to give every guest a very memorable visit to the northwoods.  Whether it's canoeing, fishing, hunting, ATVing or just relaxing on the deck watching the river flow by and enjoying their families and mother nature.

OUR BUSINESS

This is a new venture for us.  The question for us was, "What can we do that we enjoy and still make enough money to live on?"  We were struck with the idea to remodel this residence by the river and use it as a vacation rental.  We own acreage all around this cabin and have access to thousands of acres nearby.  We both love the outdoors and Roger loves to hunt and fish, ride the ATVs whenever he can.  Kathy loves to cook, garden and just the quiet that the country provides.  This seemed like a good venture for us as we both enjoy meeting new people.  We have had many life experiences and enjoy the simple life as much as possible. We hope to share this special place with all of you who wish to visit.
